Are pre-existing issues covered?
No. Home warranties only cover items that are in proper working order at the start of your contract. Pre-existing conditions or problems identified before your coverage begins are not included.
How do I request service when something breaks?
Simply call our service line. We’ll connect you with a qualified, local technician. You’ll pay your set service call fee, and we’ll cover the rest for any covered repair or replacement.
Can I upgrade my plan after signing up?
Yes. You can upgrade from Silver to Gold or Platinum, or from Gold to Platinum, at any time. Coverage for the additional items will begin once your upgrade is processed and your plan terms are updated.
What’s the difference between the Silver, Gold, and Platinum Plans?
The main difference is the level of coverage. The Silver Plan covers core home systems and major appliances. The Gold Plan adds more appliances and systems for broader protection. The Platinum Plan includes everything in Silver and Gold plus premium and specialty items for the most complete coverage.
